Egemer Danışmanlık, Altı Sigma, Yalın ve Yalın Altı Sigma konularında danışmanlık ve eğitim hizmetleri çıtasını yükseltmek amacıyla 2021 yılında kurulmuştur. Hizmet kalitesi çıtasını sürekli yükselterek, üstlendiği projelerle bunu birçok kez kanıtlamıştır.

Kalite ve Süreç İyileştirme metodolojileri ve araçları, Süreç Yönetimi, Fabrika Yönetimi, Ara Yönetim, Değişim Yönetimi ve Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi alanlarında kuruluşlara Altı Sigma, Yalın ve Yalın Altı Sigma konularına özel olarak odaklanarak danışmanlık ve eğitim hizmetleri vermektedir.

·       1993 Graduated from  METU Industrial Engineering.
·       1993 Started to work as Planning And Control Chief in Güral Porcelain-Kütahya.
·       1996 Transferred to Eczacıbaşı-Vitra Kartal/İstanbul plant as Industrial Engineer.
o   Worked with a team to implement “Barcode Production Monitoring System”.
o   Managed efficiency projects on energy, manpower, material etc. Awarded 2 times with the Vitra-prize.
·       1997 changed the position to System Development Specialist
o   In the Journey of Vitra in the Total Quality Management. Played an active role as  a company-guide of “benchmarking” and “Statistical Proses Control” activities.
o   Was the leader of the team to implement “Proses Management System”
o   Represented Vitra in a Benchmarking Project carried out by EFQM. Set up “Strategy and Policy Defining and Target setting mechanism. Balanced Scorecard systematic and Vitra Link Model.
·       2001 played an active role in building up the 6 sigma systematic.·       2002 Certificated as Black-Belt.·       2003 Certificated as Master Black Belto   Educated 17 Black Belt and 22 Green Belt in Vitra.

o   Prepared the documents of 6 sigma course for Vitra e-larning programme.

·       2003 Awarded 1. prize by Eczacıbaşı Holding Creativeness and innovativeness Comitee in the subject of “Team Work” .

·       2004 Attended as a speaker in a meeting organized by the KALDER Turkish Quality Association made a speech about 6 sigma activities in Vitra.

·       2005 Moved to the position Production Services Chief ( Production Planning, İnventory Management, Shipment, Industrial Engineering process responsibilty)

·       2006-April                    Joined in  SPAC Consultancy Team.

·       2006 May-September Carried out consultancy in Çanakkale Ceramic Company.

·       2006 June-September Gave a green belt training to 17 people in Emas Heating and Home Appl.

·       2006 July-December Realized education and consultancy activities in TEMSA GLOBAL Automative Company.

·       2007 January-May      Educated 12 Black Belt and 25 Green Belt and gave consultancy to 15 projects in   ÇANAKKALE SERAMİK Company in the second wave.

·       2007 March-July         Educated 20 green belt in DYO Paint Company in the first wave.

·       2007 June – November manged 12 Black Belt projects in Çanakkale Ceramic Company

·       2007 September-December  educated 20 green belt in DYO Paint Company in the second wave.

·       2007 July-November Gave a course Lean 6 Sigma to 14 green belt in Anteks Textile Company in the first wave.

·       2008 March-April       Educated 17 green belt in ARÇELİK Home Appliances Company in the 1. wave.

·       2008 May           Gave a course Lean 6 Sigma to EGO Company.

·       2008 May-July   Educated 12 green belt in Arçelik Home Appliances Company in the 2. wave.

·       2008 April- August      Educated 12 green belt in AKSA Textile Company.

·       2008 May-September Educated 11 green belt in KVK Technical Service, carried out 4 Lean projects.

o   Decreased Turn Around Time,

o   Decreased work in proses inventory, re-engineer and optimize layout,

o   Decrease teller efficiency by eliminating non value added activities.

·       2008 October-December Educated 15 green belt in ARÇELİK Home Appliances Company in the 3. wave.

·       2008 December- 2009 February Educated 10 Black Belt in ARÇELİK  Home Appliances Company in the 1. wave.

·       2009 March-April       Educated 15 green belt in ARÇELİK  Home Appliances Company in the 4. wave.

·       2009 January-May      Managed a lean 6 sigma Project on increasing “workman efficiency”at TALU Textile Company.

·       2009 February-april    Managed a Kaizen Project on  “production efficiency”at DARSA Textile Company.

·       2009 June-september Gave a course lean six sigma to 14 green belt in AKSA Textile Company..

·       2009 June-july   Managed a Kaizen Project on  “Painting Department ”at BEYTEKS Textile Company.

·       2009 August-september Carried out 2 Kaizen Project at KALEVİT Ceramic Sanitaryware Company

·       2009 Ağustos-    Started a  lean six sigma program with the GELAL Socks Company. Help the company on the way of Adidas lean fullfilment programme.

·       2009 October Lead a kaizen project in “ improving the glazing department” in KALEVİT company.

·       2009 October- 2010 february completed greenbelt programme in DOĞTAŞ.

·       2010 May – 2010 september completed a 6 sigma programme in FLOKSER company. Trained 66 yellowbelt, 31 greenbelt and completed 19 projects.

·       2010 may- 2010 september completed a 6 sigma programme in MERKEZ ÇELİK company. Trained 28 greenbelt , 11 blackbelt .

·       2010 october – 2011 july lead 5 kaizen project and 8 6sigma projects.

·       2010 October Lead a kaizen project in “ improving the packaging department” in DOĞTAŞ company.

·       2010 december Lead a kaizen project in “ improving the sewing department” in DOĞTAŞ company.

·       2011 during the year in 9 wave educated 130 greenbelt and 40 blackbelt in ARÇELİK company.

·       2011 April completed the 4. Wave projects in MERKEZ ÇELİK . 6 greenbelt projects, 4 kaizens.

·       2011 April trained 14 greenbelt and completed 14 greenbelt projects.

·       2012 during the year in 5 wave educated 100 greenbelt and 20 blackbelt in ARÇELİK company.

·       2012 February-2012 October educated 20 greenbelt, completed 15 greenbelt projects and 3 kaizen activity in BOYÇELİK.

·       2012 January- 2010 April completed greenbelt programme in DOĞTAŞ. Educated 10 greenbelt.

·       2012 January- 2010 April completed the 3. Wave projects in BOYTEKS . 10 greenbelt projects, 1 kaizen.

·       2012 March- 2012 August completed the 5. Wave programme in MERKEZ ÇELİK

·       2016 June- 2016 october completed 5 kaizen activities in GLOBAL LOGİSTİCS. And continuing with 5S programme.

·       2016 january- now completed 5 kaizen study in FRESENİUS-Novamed and  greenbelt programme is still going on.

·       2016 April- now completed 7 kaizen projects in LCWAİKİKİ LABORATORİES , started greenbelt programme.

·       2016 October- now completed 5 kaizen projects in LCWAİKİKİ BUYİNG

·       2016 june- now started greenbelt programme in FLOKSER TEXTİLE.

·       2016 august- now completed 3 kaizen study in TAHA TEXTİLE and started greenbelt programme.

·      2016 August- November completed 4 kaizen projects in LCWAİKİKİ WAREHOUSE OPERATİONS.

·       2017 January-December completed 14 kaizen projects and 6 six sigma greenbelt Project.

·       2017 April- November completed SETUR DUTY FREE SHOP sales forecast analysis and stock optimization Project and price and advertisement determinantion proses.

·       2018 January- November in CREAVİT ceramic sanitary Factory educated 20 greenbelt and completed 10 projects.

·       2018 June- December in MUTLU AKÜ plant operational Excellence programme built up COST DEPLOYMENT pillar. And determine all the wastes in Money in departmental base

·      2018 september- december completed BBLACK BELT education to LCWAİKİKİ LABORATORİES (LABRİGHT)

·      2019 March- May completed Statistical data Analysis education in GETİNGE. 

·       2019 June- December in CREAVİT ceramic sanitary Factory completede 2. WAVE of greenbelt projects programme.

·       2019 december- 2020 April. in LCWAİKİKİ SOURCİNG , educate more than 100 greenbelt. And now implementing projects in suppliers to improve the efficiency and quality.

·       2020 January TURKİSH SOCKS EXPORTERS (10 company) . İmplementing Lean transformation in those firms. Educating, waste hunt, cost deployment, measuring the efficiency, doing kaizen studies.

·       2021 February SOZAL KİMYA. Started programme. With cost deployment and kaizen studies.

·       2022 July KARACA HOME APPLİANCES started productivity and lean deployment activities in warehouse operations.

·       2022 July establish EGEMER Consulting.

·       2023 January MARMARA BOYAHANESİ started productivity and lean deployment activities .

·       2022 february  LCWaikiki  started kanban programme.

·       2023 April  organized central Green Belt program with several related firms. Educated 12 greenbelt.

·       2023 October started a Greenbelt programme in KANAT BOYA . educated 15 greenbelt and finished 4 projects in the 1. Wave.

·       2024 january started a programme with TAYEX which is  one of the  biggest denim producer in the world with 6 plants.

·       Begun a greenbelt programme in SÖKTAŞ TEKSTİL with 13 greenbelt and 9 projects.
